I am a single mom to my six year old son, he has epilepsy. Bt tonight he cant seem to fall asleep and its going on 2am. I am not sure what i am doing wrong. I have tried reading to him, cuddling up to him,warm bath. I mean nothing seems to work, advise?My six year old cant fall asleep advise?
you should let him sleep/lay in your bed or sit with him on the couch and talk to him but dont turn on the tv and keep the lights lowMy six year old cant fall asleep advise?
Sing him to sleep it helped me at that age and it also helped when the hallway light or nightlight was on if he can't go to sleep you should go to the doctor some children start young and not going to sleep of sleep disorders
dont worry its normal for a child to have sleeping trouble
he probly has insomnia
i wouldn't trying anything drastic though (pills and such)
Your not doing anything wrong.....we all get those kind of nights. Keep being patient, your a good Mom. How about t.v. or an old familiar movie?
