I just ordered the Isagenix 9 day this morning and would like some advise and inspiration,getting married soon

I heard about Isagenix from my future father in law, he got it for free from a friend so I just googled it. I have no idea how to get a coach or any help so any and all advice will help! I would like to loose about 20 lbs. I am having it overnighted to my house so I would like to start Thursday and have no idea what a pre cleanse is???? thanks!I just ordered the Isagenix 9 day this morning and would like some advise and inspiration,getting married soon
You get a coach when you sign up on-line on a coaches site.


The program will come with a guide to give you general ideas, however everyone is a bit different and ideally you should be working with a coach.
