You shouldn't be giving her any advice about doing this because she is too young to be making out. You need to tell her that 12 is too young for her to be messing around with another boy and that her body is a special thing (I call it my temple) and heck, I don't know what else to say to her, but convince her that this is not the right thing for her to be doing. That she should wait until she is older.
Be a very unusual sister/brother to her. If you have some money, tell her that you'll buy her a dress for one of her dates with her guy. In one condition: don't make it too fast.





Be supportive. I mean, you can't control who your sister likes so the best you can do is to be supportive instead.





I hope you luck on that! I'm doing it to my honourary little sister (slash cousin) as well. She's into dating this friend of hers and everytime we meet she's just: ';I love him so much!'; She's 8, I tell you. It's crazy but I can't control how she feels.
well tell her not ot rush it jus let it happen and to not feel scared . tell her to take it slowly and to jus pop kiss and slowly ut tongue in but tell her to not be scared ..dat she will have more making out in life..LOL...but i wish her the best...
Tell her, its SICK. Tell her to do it when she is older. When you say making out, do you mean kissing? I have no experience with kissing, but i think all she has to do it put her lips on someone Else's lips.
Tell her that it's ment to be done with someone she cares about so make sure the guy [ or girl -you never know today- ] really cares about your sister and isn't just trying to get in her pants...
