You'll need to speak to a solicitor - it is a certificate to prove that you aren't married before your wedding. Can anyone please advise where and how I can get a Certificate of no Impediment?
From the priest in your home parish.
Certificates of No Impediment or Nulla Ostas

If you are planning on marrying overseas, you may be required to provide the local authorities with a certificate of no impediment (CNI) as evidence that you are free and single to marry. Before applying for this, please contact the Embassy of the country concerned to check the documentary requirements. Usually this can be obtained from your local registry office . You should check with the local authorities
