I was in the mid of preparing the employment contract, but i was told that the employement contract must be approved by the lawyer or is better to seek for advise? However i feel the contract is only within the employer and employee.
Kindly advice , should i spend the money on the lawyer consultant?

If not, use examples of other employment contracts for large companies. They have in-house legal departments and their forms are reviewed to hold up in court.

Absolutely not. Ask if they want the job and when they say yes, you have a contract. Why complicate it?
