I started gym 2 weeks back but am not able to workout even for an hour. I get very tired. I'm also embarrassed coz everyone else at the gym seem to be very fit and able. Is there anything i can do to overcome this and do better? I heard protein shakes help. Is that true? And if it is then when should i drink it? Thankyou in advance.What do i do for a better work-out? I feel tired very soon. Any advise on what i can do to overcome this?
This could be many reasons. Maybe you need a multi vitamin. Maybe you need to get your blood checked out. Maybe your not eating enough or not driving enough water. If you just started going to the gym it will take a while to get used too. Start to work out 15 min and a 5 min each day until you build up to what ever time you want to work out. maybe you are going too fast or have the incline too high...im not sure what your using but yeah just try going slower with a lower incline so you can last longer and eventually go faster (after a week or two)
