My Lan-loard is trying to tell me that I am only allowed to have overnight guest's 2x a month. I rent a house from her, I am not renting a room, but she does live in a different house on the property. I know that it is illegal but I don't know where on paper that I can prove that. tell her 'you own the property, but you don't own me'. I think that she is abusing her owner rights. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of legal recourse for the tenant. You will need to get here to appeal to good logic and reasoning.
