Hire a lawyer, first. I would try and show up at the next hearing with a job, a place for them to live, and successful completion of whatever classes they may have ordered for you (anger mgt., substance abuse.....)
From what I have seen CPS doesn't take kids out of a whim. They take them usually when there is imminent physical danger or ongoing abuse/neglect.CPS is wrongfully acting in my life. Where should i turn for advise or direction?
you have to go to the district attorney and find out what exactly happened then go to the public defenders office and hope they give you a good lawyer, because thats what you need good luck and God bless from Grant M
